Lead, Develop, Care Resources

We have adopted the words Lead, Develop, Care to provide a framework to give us focus on how to manage our staff. The LDC process is values-based, culturally relevant, and functionally effective as we work together as teams.
What do each of the 3 words mean?

• LEAD - Intentionally influencing and enabling people to accomplish a given task. The four categories of Lead are: Set Direction, Align, Motivate, Manage

• DEVELOP - Intentionally strengthening people’s capacity to grow and contribute The three categories of Develop are: Teach, Model, Coach

• CARE - Intentionally watching over and responding to the needs and well-being of people. The four categories of Care are: Know, Connect, Provide, Protect
